Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain cost control and management systems for projects
  • •Collect day-to-day cost information and ensure data accuracy
  • •Establish and operate cost management processes and monitor budgets
  • •Participate in establishing and monitoring management budgets and cost forecasts
  • •Prepare inputs for weekly/monthly cost flow, cash flow, and cost value reporting and deliver dashboards

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in a multi-discipline project environment, ideally Defence, Marine or Port construction settings
  • •Good working knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts or similar, and commercial awareness
  • •Strong organisational, coordination and people management skills
  • •Advanced planning and scheduling, cost engineering, change control, risk and opportunity management
  • •PMO experience or strong understanding of PMO functions; experience in large, complex infrastructure projects; professional project management qualification preferred
