Key Responsibilities

•Establish and maintain cost control and management systems for projects
•Collect day-to-day cost information and ensure data accuracy
•Establish and operate cost management processes and monitor budgets
•Participate in establishing and monitoring management budgets and cost forecasts
•Prepare inputs for weekly/monthly cost flow, cash flow, and cost value reporting and deliver dashboards

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience in a multi-discipline project environment, ideally Defence, Marine or Port construction settings
•Good working knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts or similar, and commercial awareness
•Strong organisational, coordination and people management skills
•Advanced planning and scheduling, cost engineering, change control, risk and opportunity management
•PMO experience or strong understanding of PMO functions; experience in large, complex infrastructure projects; professional project management qualification preferred
