Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop features and tools to support enterprise service offerings including NGC, container orchestrators, GPU-accelerated applications, and deep learning frameworks.
  • •Improve availability, reliability, and customer experience across NVIDIA servers, the system software stack, and deep learning framework containers on NVIDIA GPUs.
  • •Own and drive customer issues on system software components, containers, deep learning frameworks, and cloud deployment from inception to resolution.
  • •Research new GPU use cases for emerging container technologies and deep learning frameworks.
  • •Provide weekend on-call support one weekend per month for Sev1 outages requiring engineering assistance.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •At least 5+ years of system software development and troubleshooting experience, ideally with some customer-facing exposure.
  • •Strong computer science fundamentals and excellent knowledge of Python and scripting methodologies.
  • •Deep understanding of at least two areas such as data centers, servers, distributed systems, virtualization, deep learning frameworks, containers/containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), or hybrid cloud (AWS, GCP).
  • •Deep Linux knowledge and comfort working across Linux environments and Windows OS.
