Key Responsibilities

  • •Run structured discovery with end users (interviews, shadowing, workflow observation) and produce current/future workflow maps.
  • •Design the end-to-end user workspace (work queue, unified record view, evidence/enrichment panels, decision flow, history, dashboards).
  • •Create an interactive clickable prototype early (including prioritized queues, record history, and dashboards) for customer review and approval.
  • •Present AI/model recommendations with trust-building UX: confidence, supporting evidence, uncertainty, and an easy review/override path.
  • •Partner with product and engineering through launch, review builds against design, and evolve handoff/design practices across releases.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of product/UX design experience designing complex, shipped applications used by real people.
  • •Owned system-level design end to end (discovery through adoption), serving as the most senior designer setting direction.
  • •Demonstrated experience designing data-dense, workflow-heavy interfaces (dashboards, queues, role-based views, record/case views) for enterprise users.
  • •Direct user research experience using interviews/shadowing to drive design decisions.
  • •Strong prototyping and design-system thinking (e.g., Figma), with accessibility fluency (Section 508 and WCAG).
