Group Product Manager - (Logistics, Payments and Incentives)

Lead and develop a team of five Product Managers in the Logistics Rider Product space, owning Payments & Incentives, including rider payments calculations, payroll and settlements, and incentive products. Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, data science, and operations to scale earning systems across markets, balancing delivery speed, cost, rider experience, and system reliability.
