Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of VMware Cloud Foundation engagements, from discovery and design through implementation, validation, and production handover.
  • •Own the technical success of customer projects by ensuring solutions are delivered in alignment with VMware and Broadcom best practices.
  • •Review, validate, and refine architectures, designs, and implementation plans to ensure scalability, operational readiness, and customer success.
  • •Act as the primary technical authority for assigned engagements, providing leadership to project teams and serving as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders.
  • •Facilitate technical workshops, design reviews, architecture discussions, and executive-level customer engagements.

Key Requirements

  • •14+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting VMware-based infrastructure solutions.
  • •Deep technical knowledge across VMware technologies (VCF, vSphere, vSAN, NSX, VKS, HCX, SRM) and related tooling.
  • •Proven experience leading complex infrastructure and cloud transformation projects from design through production.
  • •Excellent customer-facing, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development capabilities.
