Key Responsibilities

•Lead pre-sales engagements for MEGS customers, translating business needs into Braze technical solutions
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, security, product) to position Braze capabilities and drive customer outcomes
•Mentor and develop other Solutions Consultants on the team, sharing best practices and product knowledge
•Contribute to the development of technical thought leadership across AI, SaaS, APIs, and marketing analytics in MEGS
•Be a trusted advisor during the sales process to build prospective customer confidence in Braze’s capabilities and team

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,600 - 108,500 annually

Equity and Bonus:Equity

Key Requirements

•Experience in Pre-sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success
•Domain knowledge of two or more of the following: AI, SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Marketing Analytics, or Programming (HTML)
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong follow-up
•Willingness to travel up to 50% in peak periods, based in Austin
•Ability to blend storytelling and sales with technical expertise in the MEGS vertical
