Key Responsibilities

•Create unique travel and lifestyle experiences for domestic and international bookings, including flights, restaurants, car rentals, excursions, trains, cruises, and private jets.
•Provide professional advice and arrange business or leisure trips from start to finish.
•Advise on dining, transfers, entertainment and sporting event tickets, spa and fitness, flowers, merchandise, and gifts.
•Help cardmembers maximize exclusive benefits, including membership bonus points, while keeping the customer experience first.
•Optimize service delivery and meet compliance requirements through phone and customer management systems, establishing and maintaining customer profiles.

Key Requirements

•Experience working in the travel profession for at least 2-3 years.
•Sales experience and consulting skills to recommend and cross-sell travel products and services.
•Strong understanding of travel, life, and world geography.
•Proficiency using computer tools and systems to support daily work.
•Must be proficient in Chinese and English with excellent written and verbal communication.
