C2D Sales Representative

Support the consumer-to-dealer (C2D) program by driving lead generation for consumer consignment through the dealer marketplace. Manage local fleet and rental accounts, coordinate the vehicle redemption process, and educate customers on using pricing, negotiating bids, and related systems. Ensure ancillary services are scheduled, maintain strong customer satisfaction, and use the OPENLANE CRM to log activity and generate reports—while coordinating across Vehicle Logistics Center (VLC) teams.
