Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary technical escalation point for premium global publishers; diagnose and resolve integration issues across code, network traffic, and ad server configurations.
•Lead end-to-end technical onboarding for high-value accounts, ensuring zero downtime and optimal revenue from day one.
•Write and debug custom JavaScript, HTML, and API integrations to adapt monetization solutions to client websites and mobile apps.
•Partner with global BD and Account Management teams to evaluate client setups and recommend configurations that increase ad revenue.
•Translate complex ad-tech concepts into clear value propositions for non-technical customers and capture feedback to influence the product roadmap.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in a highly technical, client-facing role (e.g., Solution Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or a hands-on Support Engineer).
•Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken) and strong English communication skills for internal/global collaboration.
•Strong front-end web technologies knowledge: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and HTTP/Network protocols; proficient with Chrome DevTools.
•Experience with ad tech or related tools (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, header bidding, GPT, SDK integrations) is highly preferred.
