Key Responsibilities

  • •Take direction from the Oracle ERP planning system and execute accordingly.
  • •Review purchase requisitions for accuracy and completeness, including driver material readiness and production availability with key suppliers.
  • •Review the Open PO Report and work directly with suppliers to ensure dates/commits are met.
  • •Issue purchase orders in Oracle and add/update suppliers as required.
  • •Report departmental performance metrics and assist with strategic or tactical purchasing projects as appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •Exceptional working knowledge of Oracle or SAP for procurement.
  • •Fluent English is a requirement.
