Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead industrialization lots within development programs
  • •Define and develop industrial skills needed to meet short-, mid-, and long-term performance goals
  • •Ensure industrial requirements are included in product policy and define early cost objectives for future products during offer phases
  • •Drive, with engineering teams, industrial actions to control forecast production cost (CPP) and define supplier competence and qualification plan
  • •Define the industrial plan across products (sites, tooling, test equipment) and manage hierarchical or functional team development while ensuring internal process compliance (HR, finance, quality assurance, HSE)

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree or equivalent with significant experience (8 years) in methods and/or industrialization
  • •Strong knowledge of production and repair processes
  • •Knowledge of hardware engineering processes, manufacturing/repair processes, and industrial cost control, including MYB process
  • •Expertise in industrialization, methods, and Product Support, including stock and flow management methodologies
  • •Fluency in two languages including English
