Job Summary

Support SUSE’s Market Development Fund (MDF) program by administering the online portal, tracking partner budget requests and claim histories, and coordinating daily operational communication with Finance and Accounts Payable. Serve as first-line partner support throughout the MDF lifecycle, compile and clean fund usage data for quarterly and executive reporting, and escalate process improvements to optimize the partner journey.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Global MDF Program Manager with daily administration, tracking, and operational support for SUSE’s global MDF program.
•Act as first-line administrator for the online MDF portal, troubleshooting partner access issues and coordinating with portal vendors on technical tickets.
•Maintain up-to-date tracking of partner budget requests, compliance logs, and claim histories in master dashboards.
•Provide first-line support to partners navigating the MDF lifecycle, guiding submissions, timelines, and documentation requirements.
•Compile, clean, and organize raw fund usage data for quarterly reviews and executive reporting, coordinating with Finance and Accounts Payable on claim payment status.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, ideally with an internship experience in a coordinator, operations, or administrative role.
•High proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets (or alternatively Microsoft Excel) for sorting, filtering, organizing data, and using foundational formulas.
•Comfortable learning and performing data entry in online software tools, databases, or partner portals.
•Basic understanding of marketing concepts and corporate expense/reimbursement workflows.
•Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
