Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with GTM teams to identify high-impact questions and translate needs into data models, metrics, analyses, and technical solutions.
  • •Define, source, validate, and operationalize metrics that guide business planning and day-to-day decisions.
  • •Lead cross-functional data projects, including setting data strategy for new (greenfield) domains.
  • •Build scalable data models and pipelines integrating and transforming data from multiple sources into trusted datasets.
  • •Create dashboards, reports, and analytical tools so stakeholders can answer questions independently; maintain lifecycle from exploration to production upkeep.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in a relevant data role in fast-moving organizations.
  • •Strong judgment to structure ambiguous, high-impact business problems and decide how deeply to invest.
  • •Deep SQL expertise, experience with large datasets, and designing ETL workflows.
  • •Proficiency in a quantitative programming language, preferably Python.
