Lead strategy and operations for the Global Strategic Alliances organization, partnering with the Executive Managing Director to translate alliance goals into measurable plans and initiatives. Own executive dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks, and use market/financial/operational analysis to drive recommendations. Manage business rhythm (QBRs, operating reviews, leadership cadence), coordinate cross-functional execution, and create executive communications and narratives for alliance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the SVP of Global Strategic Alliances to develop, refine, and execute alliance strategic priorities aligned to corporate objectives.
•Translate business strategy into measurable operational plans and actionable initiatives, including annual planning, business reviews, and transformation efforts.
•Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and reporting frameworks to assess alliance performance and business health.
•Own the operational cadence of the organization, including weekly leadership meetings, monthly operating reviews, QBRs, and executive reporting; ensure accountability for action items.
•Serve as a central liaison across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Delivery, Legal, Operations, and HR to facilitate alignment, drive consensus, and support program and portfolio execution.
