Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with IT and business teams on priority projects and ship end-to-end applications (data layer, backend services, AI integration, user-facing surfaces) using AI-DLC.
  • •Lead AI-DLC adoption in partner teams by coaching them into team-tier self-sufficiency so they keep using the practice after you roll off.
  • •When needed, build production LLM components on the Enterprise Intelligence Platform (RAG, agentic orchestration, prompt architecture, evaluation, observability, guardrails).
  • •Work with non-technical business stakeholders to capture needs, shape solutions, and translate them into decomposed, shippable plans in real time.
  • •Harvest reusable patterns from each engagement back into the platform backlog so successive projects compound.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 195,000 - 245,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of professional software engineering experience across the full application stack (backend services, data pipelines, user-facing surfaces), including cloud (AWS and/or Azure), containers, and infrastructure-as-code.
  • •Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or equivalent) to ship production code faster than traditional cycles.
  • •Some production experience with LLM-based systems (RAG, agents, prompt architecture, evaluation frameworks), applicable when runtime AI is needed.
  • •Track record delivering software that satisfies enterprise security, governance, and data-handling requirements in regulated or rights-sensitive domains.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
