Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, health and safety, and applicable standards.
  • •Review shop drawings, red-marked drawings, as-built drawings, method statements, and technical submittals against project specifications.
  • •Prepare and manage site QA documentation including NCR, SOR, snag lists, and RFIs.
  • •Review contractor BIM clash detection and assess test procedures/recorded results for compliance with specifications and industry codes.
  • •Support the project team as a technical authority by coordinating with contractors/commissioning teams, mentoring colleagues, and maintaining daily site diaries and milestone trackers.

Key Requirements

  • •MEP / Building Services Engineering degree, including BSc Mechanical Engineering.
  • •10+ years of job-related experience in MEP/building services project delivery.
  • •Knowledge or experience in vertical transportation systems.
  • •CSA Grade 5 qualified (desirable).
  • •Certified Commissioning Authority with BCA, ACG, or NEBB (desirable).
