Job Summary

Serve as a senior technical consulting lead for Epic Patient Access initiatives, partnering with healthcare and technology teams to deliver implementations, optimizations, upgrades, and workflow redesigns. Assess current-state patient access workflows, facilitate requirements gathering, and configure, test, deploy, and stabilize Epic solutions. Provide subject matter expertise, documentation, and end-user training while coordinating across Revenue Cycle, HIM, Clinical, and Reporting stakeholders.

•Ability to conduct workflow assessments and translate business requirements into Epic solutions.
