Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage assigned projects as the project manager/program manager from feasibility through delivery.
  • •Own internal project financials, staffing, legal coordination, and risk management.
  • •Facilitate planning and kickoff meetings and maintain alignment across stakeholders.
  • •Support design and milestone reviews (page-turn and equipment fabrication) through 30%, 60%, and 100% completion.
  • •Support proposal capture/business development including go/no-go decisions, determining fees, preparing proposals, and leading client presentations and contract negotiation.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field with 6 years of relevant project management experience (or equivalent).
  • •Project management experience directly related to power generation projects.
  • •Proven ability to deliver complex engineering projects and/or programs.
  • •Preferred: PMP and Professional Engineering (PE) licensure.
  • •Preferred: nuclear project experience and experience managing projects using collaborative model tools (e.g., Navisworks, BIM/ACC).
