Key Responsibilities

•Own budget vs. actuals analysis across assigned business functions with clear variance commentary that drives action
•Partner with department heads on headcount planning, vendor spend, and initiative-level ROI
•Build and maintain operating models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
•Support monthly and quarterly close, including accrual analysis, building and adjusting forecasts, and board/leadership reporting
•Develop financial models and dashboards that give leaders real-time visibility into their business

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting experience
