Job Summary

Senior Product Designer responsible for end-to-end design of AI-powered workflows across web, desktop, and mobile. You’ll partner with PM and Engineering, translate AI capabilities into usable UX, lead design decisions within a pod, and validate solutions through iteration and user feedback to deliver trusted, scalable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end product design for complex AI-powered workflows across web, desktop, and mobile.
•Partner closely with PM and Engineering to drive experience decisions from discovery to launch.
•Translate AI capabilities into clear, usable, and trustworthy user experiences.
•Lead design decisions within a Pod, ensuring quality, consistency, and delivery predictability.
•Validate solutions through rapid iteration, user feedback, and usability testing.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 annually

•Proven ability to work independently as an owner, not just an executor.
