Manage BIM/VDC workflows on the ORD21 project in Chicago, coordinating with the VDC PM to deliver coordinated field drawings, MEP coordination, and BIM model governance. •Lead BIM coordination meetings to resolve issues and create coordinated field drawings and MEP coordination.
•Work with the VDC Project Manager and perform tasks under minimal supervision while ensuring high-quality work product.
•Administer, train, and report on the Project Management Platform used for BIM/VDC processes.
•Mentor and train VDC Project Engineers to uphold BIM standards and procedures.
•Plan and implement initiatives (tech or process) in a project, including pilot proofs of concept, while maintaining and scaling the plan.

Key Requirements

•BS in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field and 4 years of BIM/VDC experience on construction projects (vertical or horizontal), or equivalent experience/education.
•Strong Revit skills, including filters, parameters and annotations in an Autodesk Cloud Collaboration environment.
•Experience with Autodesk Forma management model version history and sheet set management.
•Experience coordinating BIM processes and leading coordination meetings; able to translate model findings into actionable site tasks.
•Ability to plan initiatives (tech or process), run pilots, and scale plans with emphasis on quality, safety, and schedule.
