Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage quarterly and annual forecasting for the full P&L to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.
  • •Drive month-end closing by reviewing the P&L and analyzing key variances versus plans and prior periods.
  • •Support weekly and monthly business outlooks by highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Track and provide SG&A bridges and KPIs for monthly corporate reporting and financial review decks.
  • •Create, maintain, and distribute monthly reports and prepare accruals for Accounting and Controlling teams.

Key Requirements

  • •BS or BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Economics, or a related field.
  • •3-5 years of experience in financial planning within a complex, international multi-sales channel environment.
  • •Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial modeling.
  • •Background knowledge in SAP, BPC, and BI tools is highly preferred.
  • •Highly proficient in Excel, including complex formulas, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
