Key Responsibilities

  • •Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and lead by example to generate clientele and maximize customer retention.
  • •Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience and maintain extraordinary customer experience feedback scores through NPS.
  • •Oversee inventory accuracy and controls, including regular cycle counts and tracking BOH fulfillment, mis-pulls, and overall inventory accuracy.
  • •Contribute to loss prevention, uphold store operational procedures, and maintain weekly workflow.
  • •Support merchandising presentation standards, train and coach associates, onboard new hires, and provide real-time feedback to store leadership.
