  • •Join the operational HR day-to-day in areas such as work policy, compensation, and personnel management/planning.
  • •Help introduce new IT tools and drive HR digitalization, including evaluating how AI can support daily work.
  • •Capture and visualize current and target processes and support cross-site communication for process implementation.
  • •Support the BEM (reentry management) activities and help prepare, accompany, and document disciplinary meetings.
  • •Contribute to project management (e.g., committee materials, timelines, task follow-up, and progress reporting) and create HR and management presentations/reports.

  • •Studying Business Administration (HR focus) or (business) psychology, law/business law, business engineering, or a comparable degree program.
