Work with the TikTok Shop Talent Acquisition team to build high-performance hiring for TikTok’s Logistics organization across SEA. As a project intern, you’ll support the recruitment lifecycle through sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement, and contribute to talent-mapping and market research. You’ll also help optimize HR processes, collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams, and assist with general HR-related projects while gaining real-world experience in a fast-paced environment.

•Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to build a holistic understanding of the business.
•Support Talent Acquisition with other general HR-related work and projects.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
•Comfortable with administrative and repetitive tasks.
•Able to commit to at least a 6-month internship and available for full-time internship (no ongoing classes).
