Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and engaging top talents.

  • •Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to build a holistic understanding of the business.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate or Master’s student in Psychology or Management (Business Organization field).
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • •Comfortable with administrative and repetitive tasks.
  • •Able to commit to at least a 6-month internship and available for full-time internship (no ongoing classes).
