Key Responsibilities

•Accurately weigh and fill liquid chemical materials into containers based on instructions and recipes
•Follow packing procedures using scanning validation, precision weighing, and correct scale usage
•Use Weight Assisted Computer, Manufacturing Execution System, and SAP to manage inventory and packing metrics
•Use SAP to record packed quantities, confirm pack-out and scrap loss, and verify delivery quantity matches confirmed quantity
•Apply strict labeling protocols and close containers (crimping and tamper-evidence seals) while following PPE and safety requirements

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent or prior experience in a manufacturing environment
•Preferred 1-year chemical manufacturing experience
•Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points)
•Must be able to tolerate strong odors and allergens
•Ability to be on your feet for an 8-hour shift, including frequent lifting up to 35 lb and moving/lifting up to 50 lb
