Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage transportation planning assignments, including mobility analyses and travel demand studies.
  • •Advise on mobility planning processes, develop strategies for sustainable mobility, and design solutions to support sustainable travel.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure high-quality deliverables and effective project execution.
  • •Contribute to knowledge sharing, market development, and service offerings within the Transportsystem division.
  • •Represent WSP professionally to clients and stakeholders, working both independently and in teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field with a focus on traffic/transportation
  • •At least 10 years of relevant work experience in traffic planning
  • •Strong knowledge of mobility planning in urban development, active mobility, traffic analysis or strategic traffic work
  • •Analytical and structured mindset with proficiency in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
  • •Outgoing, collaborative, and able to represent WSP with clients at all levels
