Job Summary

Own the roadmap and execution for Anduril’s Projects-to-Close (PTC) ERP capabilities within CorpOS, using deep Oracle supply chain experience. Partner with growth, finance, accounting, supply chain operations, and manufacturing to design and align digital tools, optimize project contracting and revenue recognition workflows, and reduce ERP technical debt across the enterprise. Collaborate with architects and other product managers to integrate value-stream capabilities, document releases, and deliver SME training.

Key Responsibilities

•Maximize value from Anduril’s ERP by addressing shortcomings and technical debt, extending functionality, and improving digital tool workarounds.
•Partner with internal and external customers to guide ERP capabilities and design/remediate ERP solutions with architects as business needs change.
•Optimize enterprise system capabilities across project-centric functions such as project contracts, revenue recognition, resource management, labor distribution, project costing, billing, and reporting/analytics.
•Uplevel understanding of ERP capabilities across CorpOS and collaborate with teams responsible for ArsenalOS to improve production and sustainment tools.
•Work with other product managers on integrated workstreams and vendor partners to deliver low tech-debt capabilities, document features/releases, and support enterprise model product training to SMEs.

Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years designing, developing, and implementing enterprise business systems (ERP, CRM, MES, or similar) in manufacturing companies; Oracle Fusion experience strongly preferred.
•Hands-on leadership of cross-system business process capabilities across CRM, MES, and ERP (sales, supply chain, manufacturing, and finance).
•Product-oriented, outcome-driven mindset focused on business success.
•First-principles problem solving to develop company-best solutions rather than repeating vendor or past-job approaches.
•U.S. Person status required to access export-controlled data; ability to be in-office full time and travel 25–50%.
