Job Summary

Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs spanning multiple teams and organizational boundaries. Drive end-to-end planning and execution, manage dependencies, risks, issues, and decision points, and establish governance and escalation mechanisms. Coordinate with engineering, product, design, data, and operations to deliver roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics. Partner with executive leadership and support validation/testing for agentic applications, AI agents, LLM-powered systems, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex technical programs across multiple teams and functions.
•Coordinate across engineering, product, design, data, operations, and partner teams to align goals, scope, milestones, and deliverables.
•Identify, track, and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and decision points to maintain program momentum.
•Establish program governance, operating rhythms, status reporting, and escalation mechanisms.
•Support validation and testing strategies for agentic applications, AI agents, LLM-powered features, and workflow automation solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
•Significant experience leading large, complex, cross-functional technical programs in fast-paced organizations.
•Strong program management skills: planning, execution tracking, dependency management, risk management, and executive reporting.
•Ability to coordinate and align multiple teams toward shared business and technical outcomes.
•Experience working with AI-driven systems (agentic applications, AI agents, large language models, workflow orchestration) and testing/validation approaches.
