Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of nuclear power generation projects, including plant modifications, life extension, uprates, and outage/capital programs.
  • •Establish delivery approach, governance, and execution plans aligned to client scope, deliverables, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Direct multi-disciplinary teams and manage subcontractors/vendors, driving interface management across key plant stakeholders.
  • •Ensure nuclear safety culture, plan work with appropriate rigor, and oversee compliance with applicable regulatory and quality requirements.
  • •Own project financial performance, manage schedule development and recovery, and control scope/change management while providing client reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • •8 years of experience delivering projects in the nuclear power generation industry (utility, OEM, EPC/AE, or nuclear consultancy).
  • •Demonstrated success managing complex, high-stakes projects with accountability for scope, schedule, and budget.
  • •Experience and understanding of nuclear industry expectations related to safety culture, QA, configuration management, and document rigor.
  • •Ability to meet site access requirements (background checks, fitness-for-duty, security badging) when required by the client.
