Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a team of engineers across frontend, backend, and full stack development.
  • •Own engineering delivery for major product areas to ship quickly with reliability and technical quality.
  • •Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI teams to convert ambiguous problems into technical execution.
  • •Drive technical architecture and standards across APIs, databases, integrations, infrastructure, and customer-facing systems.
  • •Improve processes, tooling, and automation; monitor production outcomes, resolve incidents, and prevent repeat issues while developing engineers through feedback and performance management.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong software engineering background building and shipping real production systems.
  • •Experience leading or managing software engineers and owning engineering delivery.
  • •Deep technical proficiency across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, distributed systems, and/or cloud infrastructure.
  • •Ability to make sound architecture and engineering trade-offs balancing speed, scalability, and maintainability.
  • •Comfort reviewing technical designs, challenging decisions, and debugging complex production issues.
