Key Responsibilities

  • •Embody a strong client experience culture and prioritize high-impact activities to support branch performance.
  • •Accept and accurately process financial service transactions, identifying opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
  • •Act as a resource for more complex client servicing issues and provide customized financial wellness recommendations.
  • •Attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and occasionally facilitate in-person morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
  • •Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, balance the cash drawer, and review product guides, fees, and policies to stay current.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED (or equivalent business experience).
  • •Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (e.g., tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
  • •Experience with cash handling.
  • •General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
