Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze customer feedback, support tickets, and product usage to identify AI/ML opportunities and pain points.
  • •Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions, integrating AI capabilities into existing workflows and microservices/monolithic applications.
  • •Develop production-quality code across multiple stacks and implement AI/ML models (including RAG, vector databases, and embeddings).
  • •Create and run data pipelines for training, inference, and model management, and expose functionality via APIs and services.
  • •Define architecture and QA/testing strategy for AI/ML systems (unit, integration, performance, accuracy/validation, A/B) and monitor production performance with alerting.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years with enterprise Java and Spring Boot and 3+ years implementing AI/ML in production systems.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (Master’s preferred) or related field.
  • •Strong QA mindset with test-driven development (TDD) and experience designing testing strategies for AI/ML systems.
  • •Hands-on expertise with AI/ML frameworks and practices (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph, scikit-learn, MLOps, prompt engineering).
  • •Experience with microservices/distributed systems and strong database skills including complex queries and optimization.
