Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and supervise a team of corporate action staff to provide operational support for corporate action events processing.
  • •Manage daily operations to ensure accurate transaction approval, customer service delivery, and adherence to custodian deadlines and funding cut-offs.
  • •Review control sheets and reports, monitor exceptional cases, and recommend workflow improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • •Prepare investigation and operational loss reports for management review and approve, and handle customer complaints with root-cause analysis and service recovery.
  • •Monitor performance and workflow of team members, provide guidance and training, and ensure corporate action events and information are disseminated to marketing teams promptly.
