Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop Financial Services go-to-market plans using market signals, competitive intelligence, and Sales data to drive pipeline and customer adoption.
  • •Create messaging and narratives for Salesforce’s platform value, including agentic AI capabilities for the industry.
  • •Produce funnel-spanning content (e-books, data sheets, thought leadership, demo videos, playbooks) with clear, low-jargon value.
  • •Engage with customers and executives to develop success stories and event content, including representing Salesforce in high-stakes conversations.
  • •Own event storytelling from session content strategy through scripts/slides and on-stage representation, and manage industry pages and webinars.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of product marketing (or related) experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Financial Services (banking, wealth and asset management, insurance) to speak credibly with customers and Sales.
  • •Proven ability to translate market and competitive signals into positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans Sales uses.
  • •Experience creating content across the funnel (thought leadership through sales playbooks) and knowing which formats perform at each stage.
  • •Hands-on AI tooling experience in a marketing context; Claude Code, Slack Skills, and Gemini required.
