Key Responsibilities

•Interface technically with the client to align on requirements and expectations.
•Lead margins and performance management of the satellite solution.
•Manage major technical risks of the program and coordinate mitigation actions.
•Validate technical trade-offs, the Satellite TRD, and technical inputs affecting contracts (RFD, RFW, NC, Change Notices).
•Ensure solution compliance with all applicable documents and organize the satellite engineering team in line with client milestones and internal goals.

Key Requirements

•You hold an engineering degree (Bac+5) and have experience as a Sub-System Architect, Functional Chain Lead, or Technical AIT Lead.
•Proven knowledge across multiple domains (mechanical, thermal, avionics, electrical, RF, or propulsion).
•Experience in a project environment with a strong client interface is required.
•Strong analytical and synthesis skills with initiative and critical thinking.
•Strong written and spoken English; ability to work in an international context.
