Assist the foreperson with daily production duties by operating heavy equipment and performing plant-related tasks. Support maintenance and repairs by accessing all areas of the plant, performing lubrication and general maintenance, and completing welding and fabrication work as required. Maintain clean work areas, identify safety hazards and malfunctions, and follow directions while adhering to safety procedures, plant rules, and compliance requirements.
