Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare monthly management reporting including consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
  • •Deliver structured variance analysis (budget vs actuals) across country-wise and product-wise performance
  • •Support preparation of investor and leadership reporting packs and track key EOR metrics (headcount, payroll cost, FX impact, margins)
  • •Assist with multi-entity consolidation of subsidiaries across geographies and support FX revaluation/FCTR impact analysis
  • •Prepare and maintain balance sheet schedules, support statutory audit/investor due diligence, and strengthen financial controls

Key Requirements

  • •Chartered Accountant
  • •5+ years of experience in accounting, reporting, or consolidation
  • •Strong understanding of financial statements and consolidation principles
  • •Hands-on experience with NetSuite (preferred)
  • •Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, structured analysis) and experience with multi-currency environments
