Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate preparation of viability studies and advise on feasibility research needs.
  • •Manage consultant appointments, design briefs, design stage reports, and ensure designs conform to the project brief and buildability requirements.
  • •Establish project reporting and meeting structures, chair principal project meetings, and submit monthly project management reports.
  • •Develop and maintain master programme and cost plans, monitor progress, and support budgeting, feasibility studies, tenders, variations, and payments.
  • •Liaise for statutory approvals, oversee contract procedures and contract management (including site inspections and extensions of time), and drive project close-out for taking-over certificates and defect resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or related discipline.
  • •Minimum 8-10 years of project management experience in construction, real estate development, fit-out, or infrastructure projects.
  • •Proven experience managing projects across the full lifecycle, from feasibility, design and procurement through construction and handover.
  • •Strong knowledge of consultant management, contract administration, procurement, budgeting, cost control, and project scheduling.
  • •Experience coordinating with government authorities and managing statutory approvals.
