Key Responsibilities

  • •Design 0-1 products from scratch and expand existing products, uncovering greenfield opportunities within the portfolio.
  • •Design large-scale, complex experiences that are intuitive and delightful to use.
  • •Mentor designers, define operational processes, and lead by example to scale the design team.
  • •Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Support, Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional partners to prioritize initiatives and plan product channels.
  • •Help create a long-term product vision and roadmap, and define requirements to execute on the roadmap.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 138,000 - 241,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •A minimum of 6 years of professional work experience in an individual contributor role on a Product Design team.
  • •B.A/B.S. in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field/equivalent experience.
  • •Experience owning the end-to-end design for a product, from roadmap planning to QA of builds.
  • •Experience leading and mentoring other designers from the individual contributor role.
  • •An outstanding portfolio showcasing high-quality product experiences shipped under tight deadlines.
