Key Responsibilities

  • •Own AI features end to end, including post-launch performance such as accuracy over time, edge cases, and automation vs. human review tradeoffs.
  • •Partner directly with customers managing billions in real estate assets to validate that AI output meets their requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •8–10 years of product management shipping successful B2B products, with most experience building for real estate organizations (proptech, real estate data/technology platforms, or services firms).
  • •Direct experience shipping an AI/ML-powered feature or product in production, with ongoing fluency using AI for product management work (research, specs, prototyping, synthesis).
  • •Comfortable partnering with data science and ML engineers on evaluation design and what “good” looks like, without needing to build the models yourself.
  • •Strong analytical and quantitative decision-making skills, including judgment on when a non-AI approach is the better choice.
  • •Thrives in ambiguity as a self-starter, moves fast with limited resources, and has a genuine interest in sustainability and building at the intersection of real estate and climate data.
