Key Responsibilities

•Shape the roadmap for AI-powered capabilities based on real estate workflows and translate them into product requirements and measurable success criteria.
•Own AI features end to end, including post-launch performance such as accuracy over time, edge cases, and automation vs. human review tradeoffs.
•Partner directly with customers managing billions in real estate assets to validate that AI output meets their requirements.
•Collaborate with data science and engineering to turn real estate domain needs into specifications, models, and evaluation frameworks for testing.
•Drive alignment across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams, often without direct authority.

•8–10 years of product management shipping successful B2B products, with most experience building for real estate organizations (proptech, real estate data/technology platforms, or services firms).
•Direct experience shipping an AI/ML-powered feature or product in production, with ongoing fluency using AI for product management work (research, specs, prototyping, synthesis).
•Comfortable partnering with data science and ML engineers on evaluation design and what “good” looks like, without needing to build the models yourself.
•Strong analytical and quantitative decision-making skills, including judgment on when a non-AI approach is the better choice.
•Thrives in ambiguity as a self-starter, moves fast with limited resources, and has a genuine interest in sustainability and building at the intersection of real estate and climate data.
