Job Summary

Learning & Development Intern in Amsterdam supporting onboarding, training, and e-learning across the organization. You’ll administer and develop content in the Learning Management System, organize onboarding bootcamps in EMEA, implement improvements from feedback, and collaborate with the People & Talent team to support wellbeing initiatives and intern events.

Key Responsibilities

•Organize monthly onboarding bootcamps in EMEA.
•Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
•Maintain and develop online lessons in the LMS.
•Improve onboarding initiatives based on feedback from users.
•Organize ad-hoc L&D initiatives (remote and in-office).

Key Requirements

•Fluent in English.
•Enrolled in a Dutch university for the entire duration of the internship.
•Based in the Netherlands already.
•Live in or near Amsterdam or be willing to relocate.
•Internship of at least 6 months starting in February 2026.
