Job Summary

Lead product development projects focused on the “4ons” (time, quality, cost, and volume), defining goals and enabling fast decision-making. Partner with business unit leads and product managers to translate consumer insights and sales/store needs into product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps. Own supplier selection, manage project budgets, coordinate technical specs with development teams and external partners, and provide oversight and technology vision for assigned accessory categories.

Key Responsibilities

•Define project goals tied to the 4ons (time, quality, cost, and volume) and enable quick decision-making to meet targets.
•Create and finalize product requirements and product roadmap deliverables; coordinate technical specifications with internal development teams, product managers, partners, vendors, and end customers.
•Lead design reviews with engineering leads to conclude each phase and drive changes/improvements that meet product requirements.
•Own supplier selection and partner with cross-functional teams to balance requirements, cost, and schedule; cultivate relationships with Asian supplier and industry partner ecosystems.
•Create project budgets, oversee development through key directional decisions, and maintain Product Requirement Documents and product specifications for handoff to program management planning.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3+ years of product development and creation experience, preferably in mobile power accessories and/or consumer electronics.
•Technological understanding across product development areas such as device protection and power/connectivity technologies (e.g., USB Power Delivery, Qi, Thunderbolt, USB-C, cables, power banks).
•Knowledge of working with vendors across Asia (including Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Vietnam, Malaysia) and willingness to travel when required.
•Experience creating and managing product development budgets with reporting and cost management.
•Strong communication skills, relationship-building ability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Project).
