Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead continuous improvement of the Business Continuity methodology and BCM framework for Zalando Payments, collaborating with Zalando Group BCM.
  • •Plan, prepare, and execute BIAs and BCM risk assessments for Zalando Payments.
  • •Develop and implement business continuity plans, including ICT response and recovery plans, and run BCM audits and testing for teams and third parties.
  • •Further develop crisis management processes and maintain BCM awareness channels and training.
  • •Ensure Zalando Payments is up to date with BCM-related regulatory requirements and standards, and advise business units on business continuity issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Law, Economics, Computer Science, or a comparable course of study.
  • •3–5 years of relevant professional experience in a financial institution, consulting company, or comparable in-house role.
  • •Strong understanding of BCM processes and practical knowledge of standards such as ISO 22301/27301, DORA, and ZAG MaRisk.
  • •Strong written and spoken English with excellent communication skills; self-driven and able to deliver practical solutions under pressure.
  • •Experience turning BCM data into actionable insights; BCM project management experience is a plus.
