Job Summary

Design trusted, governed data at scale and build AI data products that let business users safely query and use information through natural-language interfaces and agentic workflows. Own reference architectures and delivery patterns from semantic layer through downstream consumers, co-design the semantic foundation (HoneyDew/DBT), and lead technical design reviews while partnering with engineering to take features from blueprint to production.

Key Responsibilities

•Design reference architectures and delivery patterns that take governed data from the semantic layer to downstream consumers and AI agents at scale.
•Architect and build a data agent for natural-language querying of governed data without requiring users to write SQL.
•Co-design the semantic layer (HoneyDew/DBT) including metrics, dimensions, and governed business meaning.
•Serve as technical lead and trusted advisor: run design reviews, set patterns, and mentor engineers through production delivery with the data engineering team.
•Translate ambiguous business needs into technical requirements and drive end-to-end ownership from blueprint to production.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 3,525,000 - 5,875,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years across data architecture and hands-on engineering in production enterprise systems.
•Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with deep experience designing/building on Snowflake and DBT.
•Experience designing and building LLM/agentic solutions such as RAG, tool/function calling, orchestration, and evaluation/observability.
•Deep understanding of the semantic layer and why it enables trustworthy AI and governed definitions.
•Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and influence architecture decisions across teams.
