Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, evaluate, and refine DC layouts, operational workflows, and physical equipment setups for next-generation production models.
  • •Lead end-to-end implementation and deployment of production technologies across multiple international fulfillment centers.
  • •Apply Lean principles to continuously test, tweak, and optimize operational setups and production capacity before, during, and after rollouts.
  • •Serve as the central coordination point between global engineering, local operations, tech, and senior leadership to align priorities and ensure execution.
  • •Create rollout strategies, project plans, and standardized documentation/playbooks; solve complex physical and systematic problems using analytics and engineering principles.
