  • •Lead, direct, evaluate, and train maintenance technicians in a manufacturing environment.
  • •3+ years as a maintenance technician (or closely related role); experience directing and training is preferred.
  • •Promote a “Safety First” culture and develop/maintain an effective preventive maintenance program.
  • •Diagnose basic electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and electronic (PLC) issues and direct/assist repairs to minimize downtime.
  • •Basic PLC experience required; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience is a plus.
