Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate, set up, and program CNC machines to meet Raptor program rate targets for flight hardware.
  • •Perform precision machine setups on state-of-the-art assets (DMG, Nigata, Heller) and manage cutting tools by loading and measuring them before upcoming programs.
  • •Complete on- and off-machine deburr, part finishing, and inspection using calibrated devices to ensure parts meet print requirements.
  • •Operate clean line equipment and tools including CMM and borescope to support machining and quality checks.
  • •Maintain shop readiness through weekly/monthly CNC preventative maintenance and support shop upkeep (chip bins, oils, greases, 5S), while documenting work instructions and test plans.

Key Requirements
