Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver personalized investment solutions aligned to clients’ long-term goals.
  • •Grow assets under management through sales and service by setting the strategic direction of the Financial Advisor team.
  • •Develop and maintain profitable securities and insurance sales via external networking and internal referrals.
  • •Partner with clients using a consultative process to review investment plans regularly.
  • •Manage client relationship strategies, ensure accurate transaction recording and customer files, and meet regulatory/ethical standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Banking, or equivalent education and related experience.
  • •FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses (or 63 and 65 in lieu of 66).
  • •Applicable state health and life insurance licenses.
  • •Securities sales and client relationship management experience.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship management skills, with competence in Microsoft Office.
