Key Responsibilities

  • •Report to the Manager of Rehabilitation and deliver occupational therapy aligned to scope of practice.
  • •Interpret referrals and conduct initial evaluations to identify physiological, psychological, and cognitive issues.
  • •Develop, deliver, and modify individualized treatment plans based on dynamic and standardized assessments.
  • •Monitor client progress, perform risk assessments during sessions, and adjust interventions and assistive technology as needed.
  • •Complete clinical documentation and administrative tasks (including billing and insurance submissions) and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and caregivers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy.
  • •Minimum of 6 years of occupational therapy experience in a large hospital.
  • •Demonstrated clinical knowledge aligned to your scope of practice.
  • •Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills with a focus on continuous professional development.
  • •Formal qualifications and specialist skills in one or more subspecialities such as Sensory Integration, Cognitive Rehabilitation, Hand Therapy (Splinting), Seating, Alternate Access, or Neurorehabilitation.
